Accenture

Our place is at Sf 2 in the Suraksha Apartments. It’s on 7th Main, 20th Cross, over in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Bangalore 560078 is the area. Since we are in an apartment building, it’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We’ve got our desks pushed up against the walls to make more room in the middle. It’s a lived-in kind of space for the Accenture team. You’ll see some old folders and maybe a few coffee mugs sitting around. We like being in BTM because everything you need is just a short walk away. The security guards at the gate know us by now and usually give us a nod when we come in. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. You just come up to the second floor and find us. It’s mostly quiet during the day, except for the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone call. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, though we forget to water them sometimes. It’s not a corporate showroom. It’s just where we spend our hours doing what needs to be done. We’ve been here through the rainy seasons when the streets flood and the hot days when the air feels still. It’s our little corner of the city.
