Accenture

We are based in Bangalore, specifically in the 560069 area of Karnataka. It’s a bit further out from the main central business district, which is nice because it’s a little quieter. We’ve been at this location for a couple of years now. Our space at Accenture is pretty basic. We have a few long tables where everyone sits with their laptops. There are wires running along the floor in some places, so you have to be careful where you walk. We aren't really into the whole polished office look. It’s more about having a place where we can sit down and get the job done. The light in the afternoon is quite bright, so we usually have the blinds pulled down halfway. We have a small staff, and we all know each other's families and what's going on. It feels more like a small group of friends working together than a big company. We usually order in lunch from a local place nearby that makes good rice plates. There’s a small park not too far away where some of us go for a walk if we need a break. It’s just a normal workplace in a normal part of Bangalore. We don’t have any big slogans on the walls. We just come in, check our emails, and start our tasks for the day.
