Our office is on the 2nd Floor of G M Zakiya Manzil, which is building number 11 1. We are located on the 3rd Cross, very close to Dinnur Main Road in R T Nagar. This part of Bangalore is always humming with activity. You can hear the buses and bikes on the main road from the balcony. We’ve been at this spot for a while, handling different parts of the Accenture Services Pvt Ltd operations. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s good exercise. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve organized it so everyone has their own corner. It gets a little cramped when we have a lot of files arriving, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have fancy coffee machines; we just get tea from the shop downstairs or bring a thermos from home. The 3rd Cross is a narrow street, so it’s usually quiet enough to concentrate. We spend our time checking records and coordinating with other teams. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon here. We just talk like regular people and try to help each other out when the workload gets heavy. Bangalore weather is usually on our side, so we keep the windows open for the breeze. It’s just a normal office where we put in our hours and do our best to stay organized.
