We operate out of 237 2C Cross in Domlur 2Nd Stage, Bangalore. Domlur is a pretty central area, so it’s easy for most of us to get to, even with the traffic being what it is. This branch of Accenture Pvt Ltd is a busy one. We’re always juggling a few different projects at once. The office has a lot of windows, which is nice, but it can get pretty hot in the afternoons. We have some fans and the AC, but they struggle sometimes. It’s a functional space with desks pushed together and cables everywhere. We aren't really into the polished corporate look. Our focus is on the work we do for the people who hire us. We have a lot of discussions, sometimes they get a bit loud, but that’s just how we figure things out. There’s a small shop nearby that makes great tea, and that’s usually where you’ll find half the staff around four o'clock. We don't have any grand slogans or fancy visions. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. Some of the chairs are a bit old and the carpet is fraying at the edges, but no one really minds. It’s a place where we feel comfortable and we can just be ourselves while we get through the day's tasks. We mostly just focus on hitting our deadlines and keeping our heads down.
