We’re located on the 2nd Floor at number 9, 16th Main, 22nd Cross in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know BTM is a pretty active place to be. Our office for Accenture Management Consulting is right in the heart of it. It’s a straightforward space where we spend most of our waking hours. We aren't big on decorations; we mostly just have our workstations and a few whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles. The team here is a mix of people who have been doing management consulting for years and some newer faces. We spend a lot of time talking through client issues and trying to find ways to make things run smoother for them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and sometimes the days get pretty long. The 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. We don't have any polished mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to be helpful. Being in BTM Layout means there are always plenty of places to walk to when we need some air or a quick bite. It’s a decent neighborhood and our office fits right in with the other local businesses. We just take it one project at a time and keep moving.
