You will find us on the 2nd floor of No 142, which is located on 10th Main in VR Layout, Mathikere, Bangalore. The office is right at the 1st Cross, and it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. We are doing the Accenture Management Consulting work from this location, and it’s a fairly straightforward office space. We have a few rooms divided by glass partitions, though they aren't very soundproof, so you can usually hear what’s going on in the next room. The decor is pretty minimal. We have some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles and diagrams from our brainstorming sessions. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs since the building is small, but it keeps us active. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s not as chaotic as the central business districts. We have a decent view of the street from the second floor, and it’s nice to watch the neighborhood wake up in the morning. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't have a formal dress code unless we are meeting someone important, so most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to support each other when the workload gets heavy. It’s a decent, honest place to spend the workday.
