Our branch, Accel Frontline Ltdbangalore, is located on 3rd Cross in Lingarajpuram. This part of Bangalore is very lived-in and has a lot of energy. The roads are narrow and there are shops everywhere you look. It is not like the big IT parks with the shiny glass buildings. Our office is more grounded and sits right in the mix of the local neighborhood. It can be a bit noisy with the bikes and the local vendors, but that is just how Lingarajpuram is. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. Finding the place for the first time can be a little tricky because of how the crosses are laid out, but once you find it, it is easy to remember. We don’t have a fancy canteen or anything, so we usually just go to the small hotels nearby for some rice or tiffin. The office is functional and has everything we need to do our jobs without any extra fluff. Sometimes the internet acts up or the water is late, but we just deal with it and move on. It is a practical place for practical people. We have been at this address for quite some time now and we feel like a part of the local community. We just keep our heads down and work through the list every day.
