A Z Research Partners Pvt Ltd is based over in the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited area, specifically in the 2nd Stage at number 1174. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us in the morning, but the area is pretty solid. We do a lot of research work here, which mostly means a lot of time spent staring at screens and looking through data. Our office at 1174 isn't huge, but it fits the team well enough. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, which is pretty much essential for us. The 2nd Stage can get quite congested during peak hours, so we try to time our arrivals and departures to avoid the worst of it. It’s a professional environment but we don’t really go for the corporate suit-and-tie look. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the projects we have going on. Sometimes we have meetings that go on longer than they should, but that’s just how research goes. You start looking into one thing and end up finding ten other things. Being near the HAL area gives the place a specific feel, a bit more industrial and serious than other parts of the city. We’ve got a good routine down now. We come in, check the updates from the day before, and get back to the numbers. It’s practical work and we try to keep it simple.
