Our staffing company is based in Bangalore, specifically at No 23 A, 10th A Cross, BTM 2nd Stage. It's on the 16th Main road. If you've ever been to BTM, you know it's always packed with traffic and students. We’re right in the middle of all that. We help companies find temporary and permanent staff. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. We talk to people all day long. Some are looking for IT roles, others for office work. Bangalore is a big city for jobs, so there’s always something happening. Our office is just a regular space where we sit and go through applications. We don't have any of those corporate mission statements hanging on the walls. We just try to get people into positions where they can earn a living. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power cuts out, but we just keep at it. It’s a straightforward business. We keep records, call candidates, and set up interviews. It’s not glamorous, but it’s necessary. People come in and out, and we try to stay organized with all the folders and files. We’ve been at this BTM location for a while and the neighborhood knows us. We just keep our heads down and do our work every day without much fuss or noise.
