Our place is tucked away in Sarakki. It is at 90/91 36 on the 14B Main road in the Weavers Colony area. We are up on the third floor. 4 Elements Contractors LLP is a small team. We work on various construction and contracting jobs around this part of Bangalore. Being near Kanakapura Road means we see a lot of activity. The 14th Cross area is pretty quiet compared to the main road though. We have some basic office space where we handle the planning. It is a bit of a walk up to the third floor since it is an older setup. We don't have a big staff. It is mostly just the core group making sure the sites are running right. We deal with materials and labor and all the usual headaches that come with building things. Sometimes it is stressful when supplies don't show up on time. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a local business and we know the neighborhood well. Most of our time is spent out at the actual sites, so the office is just for the paperwork side of things. We keep our files organized but it's a working office, so there are always papers everywhere. We don't bother with fancy decorations. We just focus on the contracts we have to finish for our clients around town. It keeps us grounded.
