Our company, Matadoragri Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located right on Powayan Road in Banda. Satpal Singh is the main person here, and he’s been around this area for quite a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the work done. Banda can be a tough place for farming sometimes because of the heat, but we stay busy with the agricultural side of things. We started this because we saw that individual farmers were having a hard time on their own. By coming together as a producer company, we can manage the business part of farming better. You can find us easily if you are driving down Powayan Road. It’s a local operation, and most of the people who stop by are neighbors or farmers from the nearby villages. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of people in suits. It’s just Satpal and a few others making sure the seeds and crops are handled right. Some days are long, especially during planting season, but that is just how life is here. We try to keep our feet on the ground and focus on the dirt and the plants.
