We spend most of our days out here at Slr Metaliks Limited. The facility is spread across Sy No.632 and 636 in Narayan Devera Kere. It’s a part of Hb Halli, tucked away in the Bellary district. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s mostly open land and hard work. We deal with metal every single day. The sun hits the yard early, and that's when everything starts moving. It gets pretty loud once the machines are going. We don’t have any fancy reception areas or anything like that. It’s mostly just the work floor and the storage areas where the inventory sits. Most of the guys here are local, so we all know the area well. Lunch usually happens in the shade because the Bellary heat is no joke. We get the trucks loaded up as they come in. There’s always a bit of dust in the air, but that’s just part of the job when you’re working with these materials. We’ve been at this for a while now. The routine doesn't change much from Monday to Saturday. We just try to stay organized and keep the metal moving. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend time on big speeches or corporate meetings. We just show up at the site, do what needs doing, and make sure the gates are locked at night. That is basically us.
