Hospet Steels Limited operates from the 18th Ward in Devangapet, Hospet. The place is known locally as Lakshman Achar G's spot, as he’s the son of Veena G. It’s a very personal, family-oriented setup. We are right in the heart of the community, surrounded by houses and other small local shops. It doesn’t feel like a corporate headquarters at all. Instead, it feels like a part of the neighborhood where we’ve grown up and worked for years. The streets around Devangapet are usually buzzing with people, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is small and filled with the smell of old paper and tea. We don't use any fancy management software or have a bunch of meetings to talk about goals. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we do it. Whether it's sorting out a small order for a local builder or managing a larger shipment, it all happens right here from this ward. The sun sets early behind the buildings, and that’s usually when we start winding down and finishing up the daily logs. We have a few old chairs out front where people sometimes sit and chat while they wait for their paperwork. It’s a slow and steady way of working that suits the pace of Hospet.
