Jagannatha Cement Works

Jagannatha Cement Works is based in Village Nuti, right by the Post Kuruda Bypass. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Sadar Police Station. That makes it pretty easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from around here and don't know the village well. Being on the bypass means we hear the sounds of long-distance trucks and buses passing by at all hours of the day and night. It’s a noisy spot, but it’s good for getting materials delivered quickly. We work with cement, so the yard is usually covered in a thin layer of grey dust. We spend our days mixing, bagging, and moving heavy loads for local builders. It is physical work that leaves you tired at the end of the day, but it’s what we do. Opposite the Sadar Police Station is a good landmark, and it keeps things feeling safe and orderly around the yard. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you want to talk to us, you just walk up to the gate and find whoever is available to help. Village Nuti is a small place, but being on the bypass gives us a lot of exposure to people traveling through the area. We just focus on getting the cement work done and keeping the stacks organized. Jagannatha Cement Works is just a plain, local business with no bells or whistles. We are just here every day, doing the work across the street.
