Rs Bricks

You have to head out to Village Fakharpur to find Rs Bricks, right near the Imamnagar Road. It’s a bit out of the way, but that’s where the space is for what we do. The road can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning off our boots before stepping inside. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, which is something we like. We have a small shed where we keep the records and talk to anyone who comes by for an order. There is a lot of dust because of the nature of the work, and you can usually see the smoke from the stacks in the distance. We don't have a computer system that does everything; most of it is written down in big bound books. People from the nearby villages know us and sometimes they just stop by to see how the work is going. It is a simple operation with a lot of heavy lifting and long hours under the sun. We usually start very early before the heat gets too bad. The trucks have to navigate the narrow village turns, which can be tricky for the drivers. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a basic life out here, focused on the ground and the bricks we produce every day. We don't need much else besides a bit of shade and some cold water during the lunch break.
