Shivshakti Footwear Private Limited is located at 2027 MIE Part-B in Bahadurgarh. This part of the industrial estate is always humming with activity. We’ve been operating out of this unit for quite some time now. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we produce various kinds of footwear. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the materials we need to keep on hand. We use a lot of different synthetic leathers and fabrics. There’s always someone at a sewing machine or packing boxes into crates. We aren't a big corporation with lots of layers. Most of the time, the owners are right there on the floor with the rest of the staff, checking on things. It can get pretty hot in the summer, so we have big fans blowing all day long. We try to keep things moving so the orders don't pile up too much. Sometimes the supply of raw materials is late, and we have to scramble to stay on schedule. It’s a very hands-on environment. No one wears a tie here. We are mostly covered in a bit of dust by the time the day ends. We just take pride in getting the work done and making sure the shoes are sturdy enough for the people who buy them. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation in Bahadurgarh. We don't ask for much, just a smooth run and enough materials to finish the week's quota.
