We've been at 310, Hsiid Bahadurgarh for a good number of years now. It’s a busy spot, mostly industrial, but we’ve made it our home. People around here know us for the shoes we make. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular factory where things get done. Every morning, the gates open and the crew shows up to start their shifts. We focus on getting the soles right and making sure the stitching holds up. You can hear the hum of the machines from the street sometimes. It gets dusty, and the tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. It’s just honest work. We don’t spend much time on fancy office stuff because the floor is where everything happens. If you walk inside, you’ll see piles of materials and people busy at their stations. It’s loud, and there is always something to fix or move around. Bahadurgarh has changed quite a bit since we started, with new buildings popping up, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We make footwear that people can actually wear every day without it falling apart. It's nothing too complicated, just trying to keep the quality decent and the orders moving out on time. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big shipment is due, but we manage to pull through. That is basically who we are at Welcome Shoes. Just a group of folks working hard in a brick building.
