Pastry Treats Hotel

Our place is called Pastry Treats Hotel and you can find us right opposite the Bandhan Bank in Usmanpura. It’s a busy little corner of the street. We’ve been here for a bit, serving up cakes and snacks to whoever walks in. It’s not a grand five-star place, just a simple spot where you can sit down for a minute. The ovens start early in the morning, so the smell usually hits the street before we even open the doors. We spend a lot of time in the back kitchen messing with flour and sugar. Some days the frosting comes out perfect, other days we’re rushing to keep up with the tea crowd. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the patties are warm and the tea is hot. The tables are basic and we don't have fancy decorations on the walls. Most of our regulars are just people working nearby or folks coming from the bank across the road. We get to know people’s names after they come in a few times. It's nice seeing the same faces every day. We’ve got a small staff and we all do a bit of everything, from baking to cleaning the floor. It’s just how a small hotel in Usmanpura runs. Stop by if you’re near the bank and want a quick bite or something sweet for later on.
