Taj Group Of Hotels, Ihcl

Our office is over at the Institute of Hotel Management in Rauza Bagh. It is a busy spot in Aurangabad, especially with all the students and folks coming in to learn about the business. We handle things for the Taj Group here but it feels more like a regular workplace once you get inside. There is always a lot of paperwork and people moving around. Since we are right at the institute, we see a lot of new faces wanting to get into the hotel industry. It keeps us on our toes. The 431001 area is a good place to be located. It is easy to get to and we have been here long enough that most people know where we are. We do not spend much time on fancy talk or trying to look bigger than we are. It is mostly about getting the daily tasks done and keeping things organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when classes are letting out but that is just part of being in this building. We have got a small team that knows how things work. We just show up, do what needs to be done for IHCL, and go home at the end of the day. It is honest work and we like being part of the community here in Rauza Bagh. Nothing more to it than that. We just keep the wheels turning for the group.
