Ties Institute For Career Training is located right across from the Ripps Hotel at Paithan Gate. Our address is CTS No. 5008 in Aurangabad. Being near Paithan Gate means we are right in the heart of things. It’s a very busy area with a lot of people moving around, which is good because it makes us easy to find for anyone looking for us. Our office is a straightforward space where we conduct our training sessions. We have some basic classrooms and a small area for staff to sit and work. It’s not a luxury setup, but it’s functional and serves its purpose just fine. We spend our time helping people figure out their next steps in their careers. It involves a lot of talking, listening, and looking over resumes or various course materials. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to folks. We just speak like normal people and try to be as helpful as we can. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like a squeaky door or a light switch that is in a weird spot. We have gotten used to all of that. We aren't a big chain; we are just a local partnership trying to do some good work here in Maharashtra.
