Our place is Shop No A 101, over in the CPS 12503 building in the Akashwani area, along the road towards Jalna in Aurangabad. We are situated near the old Pagariya Bajaj showroom, which most locals remember, and we’re pretty much opposite the Akashwani station itself. If you’re coming from the Buldhana Bank side, you can’t miss us. The shop isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we do at the Institute Of Personality Development. We spend our time working with people who want to change how they carry themselves or how they speak. It’s practical work. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated theories; we just talk to people and help them out with their daily interactions. The area gets quite a lot of sun in the afternoons, so it can get a bit warm inside, but we keep the fans going to stay comfortable. It’s a bit of an old building, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We like it that way because it’s not intimidating for anyone who visits us. We usually have people dropping in throughout the day, some just to ask questions and others for their regular sessions. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to make sure everyone feels okay when they’re here. It’s a simple setup near the main road, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time.
