National Training Center For Excellence

We are located in Shop No. 14 over at Tapadiya Cine Market. It's a busy spot in N-1, Cidco, and there is always something going on outside. The training center started because we saw people in the neighborhood needing a place to pick up new skills without having to travel too far into the main city. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything, just a solid classroom where we get down to business. Most days you’ll find the fans humming and a group of students hunched over their desks. We’ve been here a while now. The market can get pretty loud during the matinee shows, but we've gotten used to it. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops pop in for a quick tea. It feels more like a community than a corporate office. We handle the training personally. If the printer jams or the internet acts up, we fix it ourselves right then. People come here to learn things that actually help them find work or do their current jobs better. It's practical stuff. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing polished scripts for us. It’s just us and the students. When you walk into Shop 14, you see what you get. It’s a bit cramped when the classes are full, but it works for what we need. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
