We are tucked away in the Old M I D C area, near Adalatwada. Shaniwar Peth is a busy part of town, but our corner at Plot No. W-7 is where the real work happens. It’s an engineering service shop. We’ve got a lot of tools and some big equipment taking up space. It smells like machine oil and cold metal. Most of the time, we’re busy with repairs or putting together custom parts for other local shops. We don't have a showroom. Why would we? People come here because they need something fixed or built. It’s simple. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know their stuff. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just look at the drawings and start cutting or grinding. Sometimes the machines act up, and we spend all day just calibrating things. That’s part of the job. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s a real working environment. No desks, just workbenches. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the gate. It’s a bit faded, but it’s still there. We’ve been part of this industrial area for quite some time now and plan to stay. The road near Shaniwar Peth can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get our deliveries out early. We've got a small radio playing in the background most days. It helps pass the time when we're doing repetitive grinding work. We don't have a big HR department.
