You can find our facility at H-2 in the MIDC Chikalthana Industrial Area. This is a pretty large industrial zone, and we’ve occupied this particular spot for a long time. The building itself is an older one, made of heavy concrete and steel. We do a lot of mechanical and manufacturing work here. It’s a very traditional environment. There aren't any fancy lounges or modern art on the walls. It’s all about the machines, the work benches, and the people who have been operating them for years. Many of our staff have been with us since they were young, so there’s a lot of experience on the floor. We don't spend much time on the internet or worrying about our brand image. We just follow the production schedules and make sure the parts we produce are correct. It’s a noisy place when the shift is in full swing, but it’s a productive kind of noise. We don't have a marketing team; we just have our long history in the industry. Lunch is usually a simple affair in the break room, where we talk about the work or our families. We aren't trying to be high-tech or trendy. We just provide a steady place for people to work and a steady output of products. We focus on the tools and the metal, making sure everything is measured right. It’s about precision, even if the building is old. We are Hmt Limited, doing our part.
