Our office is Shop No 3/4 on Jalna Road in Aurangabad. We are specifically in the Kushal Nagar part of the road, which is right across from the Kotak Mahindra Bank. Being on Jalna Road means it is always noisy with horns and traffic, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We have two shops joined together to give us a bit more room for the desks and for people to sit while they wait. It’s a simple setup with a counter and some chairs. We handle a lot of different travel requests every day. Some people want to go nearby, others are looking for longer trips. We just write everything down and make the calls to get things ready. The bank opposite us is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. We’ve been in Kushal Nagar for a while, so we know the other shop owners around here. It’s a very practical place to work. We don’t have a lot of fancy stuff on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a map of Maharashtra. We open early because that’s when most people want to start their trips.
