Holday Plus

Holday Plus is located on the 1st floor of the Girnar Complex. We are right near the LIC office, which is a big local landmark that helps people find us. Our space is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of travel brochures scattered around. It’s not a fancy travel lounge. Usually, it's just a couple of us answering phones and looking up schedules on the computer. We get a lot of people walking in who are just curious about different trips. It can get a bit loud because the complex is busy, but we don't mind. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but it’s a good location. We don’t really do big advertising campaigns. Most of our visitors come because their neighbors or friends told them about us. We spend our time checking dates and trying to figure out the best routes. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to confirm things, but that’s just part of the day. We don't have a uniform or a corporate script. We just talk to people and see what they need for their travels. It’s a straightforward little office in a convenient part of town. We just try to help folks get where they want to go.
