We run Karwaan Tours Ansd Travels right here in Aurangabad. It started because we realized we knew the local roads and the best spots better than anyone else. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees, just a small group that likes to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. Mostly we handle bookings for cars and plan out some trips for families who want to see the local sights. Aurangabad has a lot of history, so there is always someone looking for a ride to the caves or the forts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk waiting for the next person to walk in. Sometimes the internet is slow and it makes booking tickets a real headache, but we figure it out eventually. We try to keep our cars clean and ready to go at a moment's notice. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the holiday season when everyone wants to travel at the same time. We don't have a big fancy office, just a simple space where we can talk to people and show them maps. It feels good when a trip goes well and people come back and tell us they had a nice time. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized amid all the chaos of travel. There is always something new to deal with every single day we open up.
