Heart Beat

Heart Beat is over at Shop 12 in Venkatesh Plaza, which is in the Jawahar Colony area of Aurangabad. If you know the Gajanan Mandir Road, you’ve probably passed by our place near Trimurti Chowk. It’s a lively area with plenty of people moving around. The shop itself is small, but it’s where everything happens. We handle the daily travel needs for folks in the colony. Sometimes the phone rings all day, and other times it’s just locals dropping in to ask about ticket prices or how to get to the next town over. We keep a desk tidy, but there’s always a stack of registers or some booking slips laying around. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a local business like this one. We aren't part of some huge chain; it’s just us here in Aurangabad. Being near the chowk means it gets loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our time looking at calendars and trying to fit everything together for the people who trust us with their plans. It’s practical work. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the usual tools to get the job done. Most of the work is just making sure the names and dates are correct so there are no headaches later on. It's a simple life here at the shop, keeping track of the departures and arrivals. We just sit here and get the tickets done.
