Our company, Cefa-Cilinas Biotics Pvt. Ltd., is out on Plot No. Pap-161 in the Shendra Five Star M. I. D. C. area. We are right near the NRB Bearings plant and just across from the Tata Tea facility. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving and a lot of activity on the roads. Inside our gates, we focus on the biotech side of things. We have labs and production lines where we work on different biological products. It is very quiet inside compared to the noise of the M. I. D. C. outside. Everything has to be precise here. We aren't a retail shop, so we don't get many random visitors. Most of the people here are technicians or researchers who have been in the industry for years. The building is functional and doesn't have any unnecessary decorations. We spend a lot of time checking our instruments and making sure the batches are consistent. Sometimes the weather out here gets quite dusty, so we are always cleaning the entrance. It is a long commute for some of us, but the work is steady. We just stick to our schedules and get the production goals met. We’ve been part of this industrial community for some time now and just do our job.
