A. D. Pharmachem Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is located at G-39/9 in the M. I. Dn-3 area of Cidco, Aurangabad. It’s an industrial patch, so there’s always something going on nearby. A. D. Pharmachem Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. The building is a simple one, painted a light color that has faded a bit over the years. We have a small gate at the front and a bit of space where the staff parks their bikes. Inside, the rooms are filled with the usual office things like desks and some lab-style equipment in the back areas. It isn't a flashy place, just a workspace where we get things done. The neighborhood is mostly other businesses, so it gets quiet in the evenings after everyone goes home. During the day, though, there’s a lot of movement. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical details that keep us busy from morning until late afternoon. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or use the backup. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. Most of us live nearby in Aurangabad, so the commute isn't too bad. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. It’s a steady job and we like the routine of being here in Cidco. We aren't trying to be anything big, just a local company doing its part.
