You’ll find us at Plot No. PAP-161 in the Shendra Five Star M.I.D.C. It’s easy to spot because we are near NRB Bearings and right across from the Tata Tea place. This area is quite large, so those landmarks help people find us. We work in biotics. It’s a lot of careful work in the lab and the production area. Everything has to be just right, or it doesn't count. The facility is modern enough, but we don't spend money on decorations. We’d rather have the right tools for the job. The team here stays pretty focused. There is a lot of monitoring to do. We spend our days checking levels and making sure the batches are moving through the system correctly. It’s a lot of standing and watching. The Shendra area is growing fast, so there is always some construction happening nearby. It makes the roads a bit dusty. We usually eat our lunch in the small breakroom we have. It’s a chance to sit down and rest for a bit before going back to the floor. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of people. We’re a smaller group that knows how to work together. We’ve been at this plot for a while now and we’ve gotten the hang of how everything needs to run. It’s steady, honest work that keeps us coming back every morning.
