Grail Pharma Private Limited is located at A-14 in the Waluj MIDC area. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and warehouses. It is a bit different from a city center shop. There are always big trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. Our building is a simple industrial unit. We use most of the space for storing products and handling the logistics of getting things shipped out. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking shipping labels. It’s a dusty environment because of all the construction and traffic in the MIDC, so we have to clean the office area quite often. We don't have many walk-in customers here; it’s mostly scheduled pickups and deliveries. The staff consists of a small group of people who handle everything from the warehouse work to the basic accounting. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go during our breaks. The days are long and usually involve a lot of heavy lifting and moving pallets. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is steady work. We don't have any big corporate signs, just the address on the gate. We focus on getting the shipments out on time so the trucks can get back on the road. It’s just a basic industrial operation in the heart of Waluj. We close up once the final truck leaves for the evening.
