Our office is in Aurangabad, at Plot No 127 in the CIDCO N-5 South area. It is a pretty easy place to find if you know your way around CIDCO. Psdv Skills India is the name on our door. We mostly spend our time on skill development and different kinds of vocational training. The building is a standard plot, so it looks like many others on the street. Inside, we have several rooms that we use for different training activities. It is usually quite a busy place during the daytime. We have a small team of instructors and office staff who keep everything running. Aurangabad can get very hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working properly. We are not a big company; we are more of a local operation helping folks in the neighborhood. People are always coming in to ask about when the next course starts or to pick up their certificates. The furniture is just functional, mostly wooden desks and some plastic chairs for the students. We have some charts and posters on the walls to help with the teaching. It is a very practical setup. We don't spend much time on decorations because there is always more work to be done. It is just our daily routine here.
