It’s quite near the stadium, so during match days, the whole street gets very busy and full of energy. It might seem a little strange to have a travel business inside a medical shop, but it’s how we’ve always done it. My family runs the pharmacy, and I handle the travel side of things from a desk in the corner. It works out well because people coming in for their medicine often end up asking about a trip they want to take. We mostly help with local tours and getting cars sorted for people who need to travel around Maharashtra or even further. We don't have a big team of agents, it’s just us. We know the roads around Cidco and Aurangabad very well. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or anything like that. We just sit down with a notebook and a phone and get the booking done. It’s a very practical way to work. We like the connection we have with the neighborhood. Most of our customers are just people who live on the same street or a few blocks away. We keep the prices honest and we don't hide any extra costs. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for our family.
