Navketan Pharma Private Limited

You can find Navketan Pharma over at F-106 in the Waluj MIDC area. It’s right in the heart of the industrial zone, so it’s surrounded by other plants and warehouses. The location is purely for work. There isn’t much around except for other businesses and the trucks moving in and out all day long. We have been operating out of this unit for a while. The inside is mostly taken up by the equipment and storage for our pharmaceutical supplies. We don’t have any polished reception area or big signs to impress people. It’s just a place where we show up, put on our gear, and get through the tasks on the list. The weather in Waluj can be pretty dusty, especially with all the construction that goes on around here, so we spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean. We aren't a big fan of corporate talk or long-winded speeches. We just focus on the batches we have to finish and making sure the labels are right. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we have a good rhythm going. We know the machines and we know what needs to happen to keep everything on track. It’s a basic, hard-working environment where we just try to do a decent job every single day. Once the shift is over, we head out and let the night security take over until we return.
