Maa Vaishnav Marble

Our shop, Maa Vaishnav Marble, is located on Maharaj Ganj Road. We are right by Ramesh Chowk, which is a pretty well-known intersection. Being near the Nagar Palika Market means there is always something going on outside our doors. We deal with marble every day. It’s heavy work and can get pretty loud when we are moving slabs around. The yard isn't the prettiest place, but it works for what we need. We’ve got a lot of different stones sitting out there. I started this because I knew a bit about the trade and just kept going with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to provide marble to whoever needs it for their floors or counters. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit jumbled, but we know where everything is. People come by from all over the local area. We don't really have a marketing department or anything. It's usually just me or one of the guys answering the phone. We stay busy enough without all that. The dust is part of the job, so we don't worry about it too much. If you’re heading toward the market, you’ll probably see us. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at, but it’s where we do our business. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we plan to stay right here at Ramesh Chowk.
