We’ve been based out of the Midc Industrial Area in Chilkalthana for quite a while now. Most days start pretty early around here because the industrial area gets busy fast. You’ll find us right in the heart of Chilkalthana Midc. It’s a lot of metal buildings and trucks moving around, but we’ve made our space work for what we do. Our team is mostly local folks who know the roads well. It gets a bit dusty in the summer, and the monsoon season makes the commute interesting, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time checking on things and making sure the work is getting done properly. Sometimes the power flutters or the internet acts up, but we just keep going. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical place where people show up, do their jobs, and go home to their families. We’ve seen the area change over the years as more businesses moved in nearby. It’s louder than it used to be. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know each other's coffee orders and who’s likely to be late when it rains. It’s just a regular workplace doing pharmaceutical stuff day in and day out. If you’re driving through the industrial area, you’ve probably passed our gate without thinking much of it. We like it that way, just keeping busy.
