Indian Defence Career Academy And Defence Carrier Junior College

We are based at N-12 Main Road in the Hudco area of Aurangabad. It is a busy spot and you can usually see the students out in the mornings doing their exercises. The place is a combination of a junior college and a training academy for those wanting to join the defense forces. It isn't a fancy corporate office with shiny glass. Instead, it’s a practical building where the focus is on the work. We have been here for a good while and the neighbors know us well. The Aurangabad heat can be tough, especially during the summer, but the training schedules stay pretty much the same. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets into the front office, so we are always cleaning up a bit. There are teachers who handle the standard college subjects and then trainers for the physical parts. Most of the people working here are local. We don't have a big team of marketing experts or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily jobs. You can find the gate easily if you are coming down the main road. The classrooms are basic and functional, which is all we really need. We just try to keep things organized so the students can get their studies done and stay fit. It is a lot of hard work for everyone, but that’s just how it is. We are just a regular part of the Hudco community and we keep our doors open for anyone around here.
