Even though the name R.B.C.C. Pune mentions Pune, we are actually situated out in Pimpalgaon Walan, which is in the Phulambri Taluka of Aurangabad district. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big cities. The air is different and the surroundings are much quieter. We work from here, handling the business as it comes. It’s a rural setting, so we are surrounded by fields and the local community is pretty tight-knit. We don’t have a fancy corporate building; it’s more about the practical side of things in a village like this. Our days usually follow the sun, starting early when things are still cool. We do a lot of coordination for the projects we handle. It involves a lot of traveling back and forth sometimes, depending on where the work is located. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when the weather isn't great, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a simple life, really. We focus on getting the job done without too much fuss. People around here know us, and we know them. It’s more about the relationships and the steady work than about big marketing plans or fancy presentations. We just try to stay busy and make sure that whatever we’ve promised to do gets finished eventually. It’s a long way from the city life, but it suits the way we work out here in the district.
