Foundation For Advanced Training In Plant Breeding

Our foundation is based in a row house, R.H. No. A-15, over at the Amrut Sai Sara City in Nakshatrawadi. It's on the Paithan Road side of Aurangabad. Working out of a row house gives the place a very different feel than a standard office building. It is a lot more relaxed and feels a bit like a home, which we actually prefer for our daily tasks. We focus on plant breeding training, so we spend a lot of time with data, books, and sometimes actual plant samples if we are working on something specific. It isn't a high-tech lab with gleaming chrome, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We are a small group, and we usually know what everyone else is working on because the space is shared. Sometimes we sit out in the small garden area to discuss things when the weather is nice. We aren't a massive organization with a huge budget. We are just a few people who are really into the science of plants. We handle our own administrative work and keep our own files. It’s a quiet life for the most part, away from the main noise of the city center. We like the peace and quiet here because it allows us to focus on the details of our training programs. It’s just a honest, hardworking environment where we try to stay grounded and focused on our specific field. We just take things one day at a time.
