Bhoge Career Development Academy

Our academy, Bhoge Career Development Academy, is at Shop Number 67 inside Sudarshan Residency in Ulkanagari. It’s a decent area, and we are quite close to Sant Eknath Hospital in the Garkheda Parisar part of Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The shop is on the ground floor, which is handy so nobody has to climb stairs. We have a glass front, so you can see right in from the walkway. Inside, it’s mostly filled with tables and chairs for the classes. We try to keep it tidy, but with students coming in and out all day, there’s usually a bit of a mess with papers or bags. The lighting is okay, we have those long tube lights on the ceiling. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any big corporate decorations, just the stuff we actually use for teaching. Sometimes the parking outside Sudarshan Residency gets a bit crowded, so people have to park a little further down the street. We’ve been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We spend our mornings setting up the rooms and checking the registers. In the evenings, it gets busier when the older students show up after their regular college hours. We just stay here until the last class is done, then lock up and go home. It’s a straightforward business and we just do our work day by day without much fuss or noise.
