Alteza Pharma

Our shop is at Plot No. 2 in the Om Shanti Housing Society. We are right there at Shop No. 1 in Jay Bahavani Nagar. It’s a convenient spot for people living in the society. Alteza Pharma isn't a huge place at all. It’s a small shop packed with shelves from floor to ceiling. We spend a lot of time organizing the stock so we can find things quickly when someone asks. Living and working in Jay Bahavani Nagar means we see the same faces every day. It feels more like a community than just a place of business to us. We don't have a team of marketing people or experts. It’s just us behind the counter. The shop can get a bit cramped when we get a new shipment in. We have to move boxes around to make space for people to walk through. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep things as clean as we can. We deal with all sorts of pharmaceutical items. People stop by to ask questions or just to pick up what they need for their families. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any complicated computer systems. Just a ledger and some basic equipment. It’s a modest way to earn a living, and we are happy with it. The neighborhood is noisy but full of life. We like it here in the society.
