Ajanta Pharma

Being located in the Aurangabad MIDC means we are surrounded by factories and big warehouses. Ajanta Pharma is right in the middle of all that industrial activity. It’s a busy environment with trucks moving around all day and the sound of machinery in the distance. Our place is practical. We don’t have a fancy showroom because that’s not what people here need. We focus on getting the pharma supplies organized and ready for distribution. The office is often full of folders and shipping documents. It gets hot in the MIDC area, especially in the summer, so we keep the coolers running. Most of the people we deal with are either workers from the nearby plants or transport drivers. It’s a fast-paced setting where everyone is on a schedule. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and making sure our stock levels don't drop too low. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to manage with the backup, but we make it work. It’s not the most scenic location, but it’s where the work happens. We’ve got a small crew here, and we all know our roles. We aren't trying to be anything more than a reliable spot in the industrial zone. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but that’s how things get done in Aurangabad. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out as fast as we can.
