You can find our site at B-4/5/6 in the Paithan M.I.D.C. area. It’s a pretty large industrial zone, and we occupy a few of the units there to keep everything running. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by other companies and factories, so there is always a lot of activity on the roads. Our facility is focused on the pharmaceutical work we do every day. It’s a lot of equipment, stainless steel surfaces, and people in lab coats moving around. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s a functional space designed for work. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just standard industrial stuff. We spend a lot of time making sure the machinery is maintained and that we are following the schedules. The weather in Paithan can get pretty hot, so we do our best to keep the working areas comfortable. We have a canteen where most of us sit and eat during the break, talking about regular things like cricket or family. It’s a straightforward life here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building. We just want to make sure the work is done right and the products are ready on time. It’s a big operation but it feels like a regular workplace once you’re inside the gates. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay productive.
