Our place is at Gut Number 378, Plot Number 8, over in the Waluj area of Aurangabad. It’s a busy industrial hub, so there’s always a lot of movement around the site. We’ve been set up here for a good amount of time. The building itself is just a standard industrial structure, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we keep busy with the pharmaceutical work. It’s a lot of following procedures and making sure things are handled carefully. Waluj is a big place, so we usually tell people the specific plot number so they don't get lost in the maze of roads. The air always feels a bit heavy with the sounds of other factories nearby. We have a small team that handles the daily operations. We aren't big on meetings or anything corporate; we just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes the power goes out or things get delayed, but we just work around it like everyone else does around here. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place where the work gets finished and the orders go out on time. The neighbors are mostly other companies like ours, so we all just stay focused on our own business throughout the week and keep the floor moving as best as we can.
