Ajanta Pharma Limited

Ajanta Pharma Limited is situated over in the MIDC area of Paithan. We are on Plot B-4, 5, and 6, so it’s a fairly large space compared to some of the smaller shops nearby. Being in the industrial zone means it’s all business around here. There are factories and warehouses in every direction. We’ve got a lot of space to manage, and there’s usually a lot going on with the machinery and the workers. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a casual visit, as it’s very much a working environment. We spend our shifts making sure the production lines are running like they should. It can get loud, and the days can be long, but that’s just the nature of the work in Paithan. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just functional rooms and the manufacturing floor. The commute out here is pretty routine for most of us now. We’ve seen the area grow over the years as more companies move into the MIDC plots. We just try to stay on top of the daily schedule and make sure the output stays steady. There isn’t any secret to it, just a lot of people doing their specific jobs every day. It’s a big operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just about getting the work done right before we lock up and head home for the night.
