Acc Limited

Our place is out in Mahukunda, part of the Damodhar Cement Works. It’s located near Sunuri in the Purulia district. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where all the work happens. We handle the cement side of things. The yard is usually full of trucks coming and going at all hours. It gets pretty dusty, which is just part of the job when you're dealing with cement every day. People from around the district know us as a big landmark in this area. We’ve got a lot of people working here from the nearby villages. It’s a heavy industry type of environment, so things are always moving. We aren't really set up for walk-in visitors with a lobby or anything like that. It’s more of a functional site. We spend most of our time making sure the machinery is running and the bags are getting loaded onto the trailers correctly. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the rains hit Purulia hard and the roads get muddy. But we keep at it. The workers here have been with us for a long time, and everyone knows their role. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We don't spend much time on fancy offices. We’re just focused on the output and making sure the trucks leave on time to reach the construction sites. There is always something to clean or fix. It is just the way it goes here.
