We are located at No. 305 inside Gidc No. 393. It’s a standard industrial plot where we do our chemical work. The area is full of other factories, so there is always the sound of machinery and the smell of various processes in the air. We’ve been operating from this site for quite some time now. Our days are mostly filled with managing the production cycles and making sure everything is running the way it’s supposed to. It’s not the kind of job where you sit around; there is always something to check on or a container to move. We have a small office area where we keep all the records, but most of the activity happens out on the floor. The sun gets pretty hot over the metal roofs in the summer, which makes the work a bit harder, but we’re used to it. We don't have any fancy signs or big lobby areas. It’s just a place of work. We get our supplies delivered by truck, and there's often a bit of a wait at the gate. We have a few long-term staff members who have been with us since the beginning. They know exactly how the machines sound when they’re working right. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but that’s the nature of the chemical business. We just keep our heads down and try to get the batches finished before the shift ends. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where we focus on the task at hand and not much else.
