Deep Pham Chem Pvt. Ltd.

Plot No. 1102-1-A is where we spend our days. We go by Deep Pham Chem Pvt. Ltd., but to the neighbors, we are just the guys at 1102. The plot is a bit of an odd shape, which made it tricky to set up the equipment at first. We eventually figured it out though. It’s a chemical place, so things are pretty strictly organized even if the office looks a bit cluttered. We have these big shelves full of samples that have been there for ages. Every once in a while, we say we’re going to clear them out, but we never do. It’s like a history of everything we’ve done. The morning tea is a ritual here. We all stand around the entrance and talk about the weather or the cricket scores before the first delivery arrives. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just mix things and pack things and make sure the labels don't peel off. The roof makes a lot of noise when it rains, so you have to shout a bit to be heard. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We have a small garden patch near the gate that we try to keep alive, but the industrial air makes it tough. We just keep showing up and doing the best we can with what we have. It is just a normal company.
