Uma Organic & Chemicals

You can find Uma Organic & Chemicals at Plot No. 3816 in the G.I.D.C. area. We’re right across from the ETL plant, which is a huge landmark around here. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so expect a lot of trucks and the smell of chemicals in the air. That’s just the way it is in this part of town. Our setup is pretty basic, just a building where we handle our organic and chemical products. It’s mostly storage and a small office area for the billing. We don’t have air conditioning in the main area, just big fans that try to keep the air moving during the summer months. It gets quite dusty because of all the construction and the traffic on the main road. Most of the guys here wear work clothes because it’s not a place for suits. We deal with a lot of barrels and sacks, moving them in and out all day long. It’s hard work and it’s loud, but we’re used to the noise of the machinery next door. We don’t really do much marketing or anything; people usually just find us because they need what we have in stock. If you’re coming to see us, watch out for the potholes near the entrance. It’s been a bit of a mess since the last rains, but we manage to get the trucks through anyway. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
